VISIONOFSOUND was started in 1996 by visionhead Vincent, releasing drum n bass influenced nu-jazz and solo electroacoustic works, FIRST MESSAGE, RUNNING CHILD, REALM and SHINKANSEN being critically acclaimed by the likes of Wire, Milesahead, Jazzwise and Time Out magazines.
In 1999, he began producing and djing for Good Looking Records, releasing tracks on SOULFOOD, EARTH 5 + 6 and COOKIN' EPs 7 + 13, receiving airplay worldwide (including Radio 1 by Gilles Peterson) and performing with the Vincent Trio, which was re-formed in 2002.
Having left Good Looking this year, it's time for VISIONOFSOUND to come to the fore once again.
With the first new ep releasing in October 2004, back catalogue available from November 2004, and subsequent releases every quarter, you can expect the best in electroacoustic music from a whole range of seriously gifted artists.
