Formed in Wakefield, West Yorkshire January 2000
Soberskin comprise of Guy Thomas (b 1977
Vocals/Guitar/Synth) Rebecca Thomas(b 1979
Bass/Synth) and Chris Wilcocks (b 1976
Drums/Guitar/Vocals).
Soberskin describe their sound as electro-indie, which
resulted from the discovery of a Moog Prodigy
synthersiser hidden underneath the bassists grandma’s
bed!
On stage, Soberskin’s live performance is energetic
and tight with an assortment of instruments played by
all members (drums, synthesizer, guitar, bass, bongos
and trumpet).
Soberskin have played gigs with Kasabian, The Open,
The Cribs, The Dears, Zoot Woman, Chikinki & The
Arctic Monkeys.
