Converting images to .jpg format in 10 easy steps
To upload your images to stayaround you will need to make sure there the correct format to; this is a step by step guide for even the most novice of users.
To begin with, you need to download a program, in this tutorial will use a program called Advanced Batch Converter, it allow you to convert multiple images at once. It can be downloaded from here:
http://www.batchconverter.com/files/abc.exe
When it downloads, open the file to begin installing it;
- Click Next
- Tick the box to confirm you have read the Licence Agreement
- Click Next again, and again, it will then install.
- Click Finish
Now its installed let's convert the image:
- Go to Start > Programs > Advanced Batch Converter 3.9
- When it opens go to File > Batch Mode
- Select the image you want to convert using the box on the right:

- Press the Add button, you will see your image file appear in the box on the right, you can add as many as you want to convert.
- Next pull down the Output Format menu and click on JPEG:

- Now we need to select the location the new image is going to be saved, to do this select the red arrow next to the Output Folder box. You will be presented with a box to select where you want to save the new image too. We recommend you save it to your desktop – simple because its easy to find then, so to do this, click on Desktop and then OK:

- Now the moment you’ve been waiting for, hit the Start button.
- If it worked, which it should have done, you will be presented with a confirmation screen that says Done next to all the images you selected to convert.
- Hit the Exit button and then the Close button, and then the second Close button to close Advanced Batch Converter.
- You should see all your images on the desktop now that you wanted to convert, they can now be uploaded to Stayaround!
