part of town. Only from a place as diverse as this,
could a band as original as Mixed
Elements emerge. It is truly rare for five
musicians to come together and create a music where
no one person or influence dominates the band.
The absence of a "leader" opens the music to
move in directions determined by the moment,
keeping each performance untamed and evolutionary.
From the moment the first groove is
played, the audience knows that they are hearing
the souls of the players through their instruments.
