MADKAPS is a punk-rock band. All their compositions
talk about life, like being a teenager as simple as
that.Formed by 3 musicians who want to have a good
times playing their music, madkaps just want to grow
little by little. The musicians are Vince on the
drums, Ella on vocals and guitars, Simon on bass and
vocals.
Ella Hebert is 17, she plays music since she's 12. She
plays the drums, the bass and the guitar. Everyday she
gets up she has a melody in her head, it can be banjo
or armonica, just to say that she fond of music. She
writes all the lyrics.Her favourite band ever is blink
182. Her favourite artist are new found glory, the
transplant, good charlotte, nofx, rancid, rage against
the machine, the distillers, Jack Johnson, NERD, Kanye
West, Foo Fithers... Her favourite song of madkaps is
"obvious" because it's a funny song inspired by the
Texas chain saw masacre ! Her hobbies are writing new
songs, having parties, watching dvds, playing the
drums,her favourite movie is Kill bill, her favourite
video is "dammit" from blink182.
Vince Maupu is 17, he plays the drums since 3 years.
His favourite drummer is Tery Bozio. His favourite
artists are NOFX, The Transplants, The groy boys all
stars, The Jimmy Hendrixs expenrience, Erik Trufaz,
Frank Zappa...
His favourite movie is fight club, his favourite video
is aphex twin, his favourite song of madkaps id "gonna
loose again" because it's different from the
others.
His hobbies are drawing, playing the drums, go to the
cinema, watching dvds, playing video games and of
caurse having parties !
Simon Petit Etienne is 25, he plays bass since 2 years
( also plays ukulilé ), his favourite artists are
Randy, burning heads, Jack Johnson, Motorhead,
gladiators, clash, David Bowie... His loves KITANO's
movies, his favourite video is Boncin souls "true
belivers". His hobbies are surfing, painting, music,
radio.
MADKAPS is a band found with sweat, patience and 3
young people who love being all together playing
music. They love Happy tree friends. There are on a
compilation by chromium records "up and coming artist
of 2005".
