Richey K and the Major Minors - Just Because You're A Slavophile, That Doesn't Mean You Can Hold A Stalinist Tyranny Upon My Life [Instrumental]
Having holidayed in California in 1969, Mr. Richardo Khrushchev came back to the 21st century with some wave-ridin' surf-rock-lite riffs. The result was this, a track with a title too long to repeat, otherwise affectionately known as 'Discotheque Liberace' (formerly 'Discotheque Liberec*).
Back once again with the lexis (but not in this instrumental version), this is the anthem for eastern European ladyfriends taking drugs and doing the groovy Eastern Bloc shuffle. And with a shuffle so groovy, where would this disco pilgrimage end?
Mr. Richardo Khrushchev would like to thank the legendary Fuzz Townshend for the drums on this track, and to this end, shows the side of the Major Minors without the bit-choppy 80's beet-boxxxes.
FOOTNOTE - Liberec is in the Czech Republic, which is in Eastern Europe, a.k.a. the Eastern Bloc.
